Our condo has flat screen smart TVs, brand new furniture, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances and more. Our deck overlooks the pool, but is nicely secluded by maple trees for privacy. Being on the top floor provides a more spacious deck and condo. Great location in the popular Restaurant Row. The condo is just 3 miles to Barefoot Landing, 2 miles to Outlet shopping, 1 miles to calabash buffets and within steps to Ocean Annie's, Finn McCools, Biminis, Flip Flops and Harry the Hats. A top floor / end unit has the benefit of no neighbors above or to the side, just one shared wall. Also, the deck is open to the sun! Being on the top floor, if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the condo for you.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

No ocean view due to trees, long walk to beach including beach front work making a beach a waste of time. Rude Horry county ticketing too easy and metered parking is limited. what a waste spending most of our vacation JUST finding parking.

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. 6 min walk to the beach. 4 min drive to all the stores you ever need and 10-15 mins to the boardwalk. Great neighbor hood

Prperty owner is very nice and the condo is in a great location. Walking to the beach was great and loved Flip Flops resturant. Had live music every night and great food. Was a woderful stay and my daugter and I look forward to stayiny again. Jimmy

Stayed here in September 2015. The condo was in excellent condition with updates as noted. This is our 4th time staying at Shipwatch Pointe and this is the by far the best condo we have stayed at within Shipwatch Pointe. The owner, Brad was great to deal with and timely with responses. Relaxing Week

We have stayed in this condo now three times. The condo is very clean and lots of room to relax. The kitchen is nicely stocked for all your needs. The location of the condo is wonderful, a short walk to the beach and short drive to shopping and dining. We had a wonderful time and will be back!
