The washer in the room was full of mold and mildew. I called the front desk for service and was told to just run a wash cycle to clean it. I personally went out and bought stuff to clean it because they didn’t try to clean it.. Then maintenance guy comes up the next day and took pictures and said oh no cleaning it won’t help you need a new washer. Then the manager Amber calls the room and said the owner would have to replace the washer. I was not offered another room but she said she said she gave me a refund for resort fees. Oh how nice when one of the amenities is a washer not a moldy washer! I spoke with her and after how rude she is I won’t be staying there anymore. I know that doesn’t mean anything to her rude rump but I can spend my money somewhere else. I had stayed there several times since they have opened with family and friends but that was my last visit. Need a better cleaning crew that pay attention to these things or home owners that update their property because too much money is being spent for it not to be. But mostly get a manager that has a better attitude and know how to speak to customers. I don’t think she realize that customers coming to the hotel bringing revenue pays her check.. Check your tone and attitude Ms Thang!! Amber

Ocean view was fabulous from the 10th floor the sound of the ocean was serene. Rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Loved the kitchen but needed soap to wash out glasses and more coffee inserts for the coffee machine

The property looked very nice on the outside. The pool water on the indoor pool was a bit cold too cold to swim in our room was nice and clean the furniture though in our room was terrible and uneven recliner that didn’t recline there was no arm to pull. The other furniture in the room was very uncomfortable and non-supportive. The dining table was shaky and had to be used carefully. I would not want to stay in that room again with the furniture. The bathtub was slippery as I fell once when I was in there, I’ve stayed at your facility before and have had no problems. i’m not sure that I would come back again.

we had such an amazing time here in september. we booked a suite and the space it had was incredible, bigger than apartments weve lived in the past. great views of the beach and very easy to walk to. pools were nice but maybe a little small if it was busy, but ocean access more than made up for it

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly the only complaint is the furniture n tv’s where out dated in the bedrooms but we still enjoyed our stay

The pools were great and the landscaping was beautiful. For the cost of the room I would have expected a much nicer room. The bedspread was acceptable but not luxury like I would have expected. I needed more than one parking spot but they would not give us one even though the hotel was not anywhere near full. There was coffee but no sugar or creamers. There was no table on the deck. I would not expect to put our drinks on the floor while sitting on the deck. One chair was nice and the other was one of the $2 white plastic chairs. $250 a night on off season was too much.

Very nice property. Clean and neat. Only complaint was the quality of the bed. It was very uncomfortable for both of us. Bed needs to be replaced before I would consider renting that unit again.

Impressed

After a previous stay at a different hotel on the beach at Myrtle, I was a little wary. Once I arrived, I was very pleasantly impressed. The whole building is clean and very well-maintained. It is apparent that the management does continual upkeep and update. our condo was spacious and very comfortable. It appeared to be newly painted. And again, very clean. I was impressed!
