Welcome to your home-away-from-home at Magnolia North in Myrtlewood Villas! Our contemporary 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this villa features modern decor, an open living area, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. The condo includes a washer and dryer combo for added convenience, and each bedroom is outfitted with plush bedding for a restful night's sleep.
Step outside to your private balcony or patio, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, you'll find multiple televisions with cable, complimentary WiFi, and a range of amenities such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, and a full set of cooking utensils. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, the layout is perfect for both socializing and privacy. Note that while the layout remains consistent, decor and furnishings may vary slightly as each unit is individually owned.

As a guest at Myrtlewood Villas, you'll have access to a wealth of resort amenities designed to enhance your stay. Enjoy the outdoor pools, including a fenced children's pool, or unwind in the indoor pool and hot tub complex. The fitness center is available for your workout needs, and recreational facilities such as shuffleboard and volleyball courts are at your disposal. Additionally, the property features a lazy river and a picnic area. Although the beach is just a mile away, you'll benefit from public beach access, making your coastal adventures a breeze. Please note that some amenities may have seasonal hours or additional fees.

We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
