My family had a great stay at this place. It's actually a 2-level townhouse structure, which we liked (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs). The AC works great and has a modern digital thermostat. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is also a balcony off the master BR.
The place is a little worn, but clean and has a newer stainless steel fridge (but no icemaker). The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! It has a soft pad on the mattress.
We had only one issue, which was that the shower knob in the upstairs hall bathroom was broken. I emailed the contact person and got an extremely prompt response. The person referred me to the owner, who texted me right away and could not have been more helpful and responsive. When his regular maintenance people weren't responsive in a short amount of time, he reached out to two of the neighbors, who were so nice and helpful. One loaned me a pair of pliers, and the other went to Home Depot to buy a new knob and installed it for us, so it's completely fixed now. I was very impressed by this level of concern and attention to an issue!
There is a new-looking Walmart grocery store right across the street from the place, which was super convenient! There is also a shopping mall about 7 minutes away by car.
The only other thing to mention is that the area was a little sketchy, but I never felt unsafe during the day. I'd come here again!
