Overall, the stay was a great weekend, but we did have an issue where the Air Condition was not working once we got into the Home. We did reach out to the host. The host shared us that someone would come out and look at the AC being that it, but we did have an issue where the Air Condition was not working once we got into the home. We did reach out to the host and the host shared with us that someone would come out and look at the AC being that it was a hot weekend in Myrtle Beach. The communication with the host was not great. She really didn’t give us a solution when we told her that the air was not working She just told us to turn it off and wait…. Which at this time the home was over 100 and there was no relief given or any suggestions of bringing over a fans that or a floor AC unit to kind of help with the heat. We were also told that we would get clean towels the next day from the cleaning crew because we had to use our towels to wipe up water from a frozen AC unit and that did not happen so we didn’t have towels to shower with. We had to go out and purchase towels in order to have towels to shower with. Next time at this house rents this place out they need to have a better communication when things go wrong and just offer suggestions to make the person that’s renting your home feel comfortable and that you are trying to meet their needs instead of just saying, cut it off and wait
