The lady at fairfield in saved me from a night of sleeping in the car after being scammed by qauil inn down in myrtle beach. I showed up at 11pm at night looking for a room abd she was so nice and got me in a room in no time for a reasonable rate. Great room service. will stay there next time as well!

The entire second floor smelled like a pack of cigarettes. My bathroom had some questionable markings on the floor. My room was tolerable for the most part. The curtains in my room had a big hole in them from a rip of some kind. The complimentary breakfast was lacking in every category. The eggs were runny and chalky. The breads and pastries were stale, there was no fruit to pick from, the sausage was rubbery and bland.

You can hear most noises in the hallway. There should never be a room over the sliding glass doors that open to the lobby. We heard them every time they opened or closed. It was awful. Hotel is older and in much need or repairs and remodeling. Those dates should be posted in every hotel description!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast had good options like waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, and cereal. The room was a bit dated, but clean. I did not sleep well due to the pillows on the bed. They were lumpy and not comfortable. Overall a decent stay for the price and location.
