This hotel is super close to the beach and 20 min walk to the centre. There is a pool and two jacuzzi - the most popular places. Breakfast is good, the stuff is very friendly, especially the lady in the cafeteria. Thank you so much. We definitely come again next year🙂

First room had black mold. We received no compensation for this but at least we’re lucky enough to go to another room. Other room took two bottles of febreeze to make it tolerable.

The room was very degraded carpet ripping out, ceiling in the bathroom open. The way the bath tub was fixed very unprofessional. The floor was DIRTY, like brown dark dirty. The window in the balcony also dirty. The day I arrive a staff member on the front desk very argumentative not welcoming at all. Love the location of the hotel but that’s about it.

Had one of the worst experiences. The first room we got was crawling with roaches. When we went to the front desk, they moved us but gave us a room with only one bed. Very uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend at all.

Convenient for wheelchair accessibility. Pier was under construction/repair next to property, due to previous storms. So no pier this time, but understandable. Great place and wonderful staff.

Great stay!

This place was great. This was our annual family beach trip. I was hesitant with reviews but glad I took the leap. The room could definitely use some love but overall it was clean and had everything we needed with a kitchen, comfy beds, and a nice clean bathroom. Free breakfast each morning was good, we didn’t mind the walk across the street. A couple pools to choose from, hot tubs, the bar food and drinks were great, you cannot beat the location right on the beach either. Our room had a beautiful beach view with a balcony and was surprisingly very quiet. We will be coming back next year!

Room had not been fully cleaned and toiletries were half used. Staff was good and breakfast was excellent. Ocean view was obstructed by construction on the pier. The construction was not communicated to me when booking the room neither by the staff nor by Expedia. The hotel need a full refresh or remodel.
