I have stayed here multiple times and it is definitely a go to spot for me. Pools for all ages, hot tub, and the direct access to the beach is always a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s also close to Broadway at the beach and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans stadium if you’re looking to catch a ball game while on vaca!!

Room was clean and nice. Staff was very rude in the office, wanted to check in a day early they were rude on the phone and said they couldn’t guarantee I’d have the same room so would have to check out at 11am and wait until 4pm to check back in the next day so we stayed elsewhere

Worst stay

This trip to Myrtle Beach was not the best experience this go round. The customer service was not great, the room was not cleaned, the furniture in the living room and dining room were horrible. We was supposed to have a sleeper sofa which as not one. The table and countertop was dirty, the chairs to the dining table was dirty and the carpet was stained, damaged and had play dough stuck in some areas.

My room the water was shut down without notice, the sink wouldn't drain, My parents room was not what I requested, the ad stated 2 double beds & ocean view, they received 1 king &,side view smh & it was on the 8th floor, smh.......

Only thing I was not happy with was I asked for no housekeeping while I was there and they came in to empty my garbage when I was out for the day. I called front desk again and they stopped the housekeeping until I left. Would definitely stay there again
