GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):



1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver



2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout



Outdoor pools are not heated during the winter season
