We had a great stay. One suggestion for those with sensitive skin issues, the sheets broke out my skin and I had to wash them then all was good. It was a great location and everyone was friendly!

Very budget friendly. Right on the beach... awesome views..lots of parking. Room was decent. Bring your own toiletries...toilet paper..paper towels..towels and washcloths. But other than that it's was okay. They should hire a front desk staff.

Overall, my stay was decent and the hotel itself was nice. The room was okay, but there were a few cleanliness issues that stood out. The sheets didn’t seem fully clean, and the floors were also dirty when we arrived. I also think the room could use more cookware and kitchen essentials for guests staying longer. Other than that, it was still a good hotel and the stay was overall fine.

This property is an older property. Although everything was clean, there are many repairs that need done. The bathrooms need updated, some holes in the stucco/ceiling, the outside of the building stucco is old and worn. The staff was very nice and they did clean the property.

Room was well maintained, beautiful view from the balcony. On the negative side: lack of cooking utensils, bed was very soft, couch was not comfortable. Pets are allowed but can't stay in the room alone. This presents a problem if you want to see any attractions since none allow pets. Overall it was okay. A value for the money.

The property was not what I was expecting. It was just a room. Bathroom shower the handle was falling off, the sink area faucet was not secured properly.When you turn the shower on looked like brown sand came out first then clear water. But we just made the best of it. Most definitely would not stay here again.

If you’re looking for a cheaper stay on the beach this is perfect. They only give you one towel per person and one roll of toilet paper. Our microwave did not work as well but they do give you dishes and pots and pans to cook which is awesome. We did find a bug in the room. The bed was comfortable it does have thin blankets but again if you don’t need anything crazy fancy this is perfect. We were able to enjoy the beach and the blue palmetto general store was awesome good people with awesome recommendations. I would also bring a broom or swifter pads the floor gets sandy and they do provide just the swifter. We didn’t really see any staff they provide you with the codes and rules of the hotel. Thank you for our stay lots of good memories and we will come back. Next time more prepared. Some of that is on us!

Although this is a value hotel, and I appreciate that, there were some things that are not negotiable for me. We were on the first fourth pool and they only lot to the patio door with a wood stick, not approved other than that. Things were old, but still worked the faucet in the bathtub would come off completely the sink drain slow in the kitchen, but the cabinets were greasy and had food on them when we got there.
