I stayed here for several weeks but checked out early, leaving a significant number of unused nights.Before check-in, the host indicated that dates could be modified and even edited the reservation herself. Once the stay began, I was unable to make changes and she refused any adjustment, saying she would not revisit it.The unit itself felt dated and not well maintained, and the stove did not function properly for a large portion of my stay (only worked on high). I reported it and had it evaluated out of caution.Vrbo had to escalate multiple times — two supervisors contacted the host to request a refund for unused nights, and she still declined. After extensive calls and documentation, only a partial credit was issued.After checkout, the host made an allegation that was not accurate and was not supported during discussions with Vrbo.Be very clear on policies before booking — flexibility may not exist once your stay begins.
