The room given was not what was shown in the pictures. We were given room 0910. They promise ocean view but you have to lean against the main room balcony to see a sliver of the ocean since the room is situated in the BACK CORNER of the building. What you do get to see is the building beside you, which looks like a prison. The room was old and felt abandoned. It was closer to a 2005 business class room in a random Virginia hotel. The floors felt digusting, there were stains on them in multiple places. The main bedroom bathroom had bugs come out of the sink, about 5 came out when we ran the water, and this was followed by a foul odor that would not dissipate. The walls inside were a tan green that looked like puke, and not pleasant at all. The listing promised a room that had bright white walls with plant decorations and a home beach feeling. This was not even close to that. This felt abandoned, disgusting, and family friendly at all. It felt like a scam due to not even one thing matching the pictures in the listing. Avoid this place as there is no one to help, the elevators feel extremely unsafe, and the outer building had a ramen like smell. Again, no one is present to help at all. Never again. You should be ashamed of yourselves even calling this place "ocean view", much less thinking its fit for a family to stay in.

This was by far the best accommodations that I have had ever. My wife, daughter and I were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the amount of space it had. This was our second stay at Bahama Sands. Overall the building is OK, but aging. I was disappointed that the blankets and sheets on the beds in my unit did not seem clean. I purchased bedding at the local Walmart. The hot tub in the pool area was not functioning during our stay. There were no other issues with our visit. I will likely stay at Bahama Sands again in a different unit.

Wonderful Father's Day Vacation

The room was amazing the view and the cleanliness... The towels and wash cloths the pools where great. Only thing is please be sure to get the email or message before you go because there aren't any front desk workers or any ways to enter the floors or doors without the codes from the property manager.
