Very clean room, friendly staff, and my room had a beautiful ocean view (just like in the pic). Very conveniently located to beach and boardwalk, plus shops and restaurants, within 1-3 blocks. Also just a few blocks away (in the opposite direction) from the busier/bigger main road w/ more businesses (standard chain restaurants and stores, plus some mini golf places). It's not an upscale place, but I didn't need that -- and all other features mentioned before made me very happy with my stay!

Staff were very friendly upon check in and it was a smooth process. View from 11th floor was amazing. Bar and grill across the street had pretty good food and drinks/ I only stayed for a few hours due to my flight home being cancelled but I’d definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.
