Didn't have my room & didn't give the credit

We actually never made it to the Anderson. The fault was on Elliott Realty. We had a reservation and confirmation, but they did not have our room. There were no other rooms available at the Anderson, so they had to put us in a different hotel that was not the same level. The agreement was they were going to refund $50 back. That never happened. Four phone calls to Elliott with two of them being voicemails that were not returned. They had said they refunded to a card number that was not mine.

We booked through Expedia, and the front desk representative at The Anderson we spoke with was very unprofessional. After driving back and forth, we figured it out with help from the Realtor. Everything was good after that.
