Winter stay 1k per month for more than 2money stay, make a request. Ground floor, Roomy Comfortable. Very beachy decor it makes you sit down and feel relaxed, and when you wake up in the morning theres a hint your close to the beach,

Perfect for people who LOVE to cook, my kitchen is fully equipped and Most importantly WalMart is a 1 and half minute walk to get everything to need to create a Fabulous Meal

The apartment has been almost totally remodeled,
Brand new kitchen, brand new vanity, all freashly painted, feature wall, all livingroom, bedroom and bathroom furnishings are brand new, all the above brand new with in the last six months

My apartment is a mixture of Beachy "Ultra modern and Nostalgic", even my striped couch that looks like it was teleported from the 1960's it too is Brand new. The shower, bath, tiles etc... are original to complete the style.

Just to note, my condo is my getaway home that I like to share with guest who wish to stay, please remember my place is not a hotel and there is no maid that cleans and tidy everyday so please keep it clean and tidy, there is stock, only have enough for 2 people, linnen and towels,
2x bath towels on the vanity bathroom
2x hand towels
2x beach towel behind the door of bathroom or hanging closet.
And 2 shell shaped floor mats,
Coffee machine, coffee sugar tea.
I do have an extra Blanket and pillows if need
Walmat supermarket is only a 2 minute walk, no need to take the car, it has all the groceries you need.
Main center Myrtle Beach, family kingdom amusement park etc... is only a 25minute walk, 35 minutes if you want to go via the beach for a leisurely strole,
There is literally over a dozen restaurants, eateries, Bars, icecream places with in a 20 minute walk, you dont even need to take the car, if you dont feel like cooking, or cooking is not your thing, I'm not a fan of cooking but my husband is..lol.
