I reached out to the owners and have not heard back about any refund. We had no hot water the entire time we were here. Four days with no showers for my husband and I and my parents who are turning 80 this year. We also had no parking passes and I had to handle that myself and go pick them up (almost an hour of driving if you count both ways). The condo was very nice, we could see the ocean, but we could not see the crashing waves or people on the actual beach (that's part of the fun of an ocean front condo). It was especially important since my parents would not sit on the beach and get sweaty since they could NOT take a shower afterwards. We have come to these condos since I was too small to remember, and this if the ONLY time my parents didn't go sit on the beach. They get cold easily, and not having a hot, or heck even warm shower each day was bad enough, but they sure couldn't get sweaty and not be able to rinse off. The pool and ocean were too cold to rinse off in. 60 degrees. I hope the rental owners reach out and do something for us, I waited a week to review in hopes of something. I will now reach out to VRBO instead. They said they'd get it fixed, and I believe they will, but if anything goes wrong while you are at this particular condo, it is very difficult to get a hold of anyone, and they do not give you any funds back for any inconvenience, even a HUGE one like no hot water.
