A Beach Retreat Up-Hot tub, pet-friendly, 2 blocks to beach

Message me for off-season specials! This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

Beach house

The house was clean and a very short walk to the beach. The couch was older and uncomfortable, dryer wasn't working properly but other than that it was a nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful

The location of the property is fantastic as it is only two blocks from the beach. The unit is very close to a great mini golf and Broadway at the Beach. The interior of the property is a bit dated but other than that, it was a great stay.

The house had everything we needed. All was in proper working order. It was in a great location. It was a nice stay overall.Note: The pillows are very thin, so if you like your head propped up at night, bring your own.

Great ocean get-away

We had a very good time. Lovely place, close to the ocean and shops. Beds were super comfortable too which helps my 6’4” tall husband! Hot tub was perfect retreat too. We had trouble with tv and WiFi and living room seating was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise we would recommend!
