The eat-in kitchen is brand new and open in a way that very few in the Brighton building are - it features quartz countertops, all new cabinets, stainless steel and black appliances and has a table with seating for 6 in the bay window.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, smart TV, access to the balcony and a remodeled en-suite. The en-suite has a double vanity, and a huge walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom features 2 queen beds and lots of space! Across the hall is the guest bath which has a newly tiled tub/shower combo and houses the full sized washer/dryer. Now let talk about the flex space, this was designed with double barn doors so that it could be used in the best way possible for each family. There is a day bed, a desk and a chair to create either a bedroom, office or additional seating for the living area if the doors are fully opened up.

The balcony area features a wonderful view of the Apache pier and beach below and has a table with seating for 4, 2 loungers and 2 additional chairs.
