This unit had a great ocean view. Awesome pool & a 2 minute walk to a private beach access. The only complaint was with the Ocean Forest HOA security. There is a scheduled quiet time for the entire Ocean Forest condo. Yet 2 nights in a row the unit directly above ours were partying till 3 am. Our host reported this to the HOA but there should be a immediate way to resolve situations like this.

Our Special Getaway

We enjoyed the property as always. The view of the beach from the balcony and the fireplace are my two favorites. We encountered a few issues that were taken care of after we reported them to Arthur, which was great. We really enjoy this Condo. It feels so much like home, with a view of the ocean. We are grateful for the Hosts Arthur & Kathy for renting out such a comfortable home away from home. We thank you much and look forward to our next visit already.

The property was just as pictured and described. It was extremely convenient to the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. I was comfortable the entire time and the owners considered everything I might need while there. I hope to stay at this property again. The owners were extremely responsive to my needs.

Perfect!

Stayed here for CCMF! It was the perfect location. I loved that it was on the north end so it was quiet and away from the crazy. The beach is literally steps away. The condo had everything you needed. The parking garage is the smallest & narrowest I've ever been in so that was a challenge to say the least so just a heads up if you have anything bigger than a sedan. I would definitely stay again. But to be honest, I would park up the street and just walk to the condo. That's how much the garage stresses me haha!

Relaxing Vacation

Our trip was a relaxing four days, due to the weather. Thank God for that, we really needed to take time to chill and get some rest. This condo was beautiful and well-kept, clean from top to bottom, with an inviting decor and the perfect place to relax. We were happy that we had at least one day of good weather on the beach, which was across from the condo. The view is spectacular! The access to enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony, while having dinner or breakfast was even more amazing. We had the opportunity to utilize the fireplace on the balcony on one of the rainy and chilly days. The hot tub and pool was an added bonus. Arthur and Kathy were great hosts. Thank you for always being available and kind. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect Couples Spot!

Decided to stay here for a short vacation. Location was perfect. Amenities were awesome. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, short walk to the beach, SAUNA! Used the sauna every morning👍 Only complaint was the tight turns in the parking deck which obviously can’t be changed. P.s. do not park a sedan in the outdoor parking lot. Learned that the hard way lol otherwise 10/10. Thanks Arthur and Kathy!!

We had a great stay. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided lots of helpful incidentals to make our stay wonderful (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, water and some snacks). The condo was quiet and close to the beach and restaurants.

11 night Myrtle beach get away.

The unit was well kept, The building its self was also very clean. My wife really enjoyed the pool area, also very well kept and never that busy while we were there. The area around the condo was a quieter area which was nice as we are a retired couple. The owners of the unit Kathy and Arthur kept in touch while we were there to make sure our stay was enjoyable which was nice to know if we required anything. The view from the balcony like others have said was beautiful , enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the sun rise. We would rent from them again . Thanks Martin and Debbie.

Fantastic ocean view

This condo has a fantastic ocean view. I had enjoyed from the balcony watching the sunrise in the morning and moon shining on the ocean water at night. In one early morning I even saw dolphins with fins out of water.The room decoration is cozy and embodies the beach spirit.

Peaceful

Knowing our HS baseball player was staying with his team for Ripken in a different area, we decided to look for a little peace. When we opened the door, we knew we chose the right property. The view does not disappoint. Each morning we’d brew ourselves a cup of Joe and just enjoy the breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean. The funniest part of our stay is the parking garage. The first night, we entered and quickly realized these turns mean business. Backup. Reposition. Try again. After 2 days of Geometry, we started laughing at the obvious newbies, as we zipped up the levels. But seriously, I loved that I found this gem.

This was an excellent get away in March 2023. Condo was perfect for me and my husband. Very clean, great location, great view of ocean, nicely decorated. Especially liked the electric fireplace on the balcony. Great for cool evenings. The owners go above and beyond to make their guest feel welcome. Great place to stay!

Really nice view of the ocean! We did have some problems with parking at night because we have a truck and it will not fit in the garage. There is parking on the side for trucks and SUVs but it fills up fast in the evening.

Perfect Getaway

Much needed getaway for a few days at the beach. We are frequent visitors to Myrtle Beach but this was our first time staying in this section. Salty Waves is a beautiful condo with great views. This section is a little quieter which was perfect. The owners were so responsive and made the process incredibly easy! Highly recommend Salty Waves for a perfect getaway!!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! It was so clean and decorated beautifully. The views of the ocean are marvelous! The hosts were so kind and always helpful! We had a day of nothing but rain and the hosts were so thoughtful and sent us some recommendations on what to do on our rainy day! I would definitely recommend and hope to stay in the future.
