Room was nice and spacious corner unit with large wraparound balcony, nice views of the beach and ocean. Room was a bit dated, and dusty. We went during the off-season so my guess would be It has not been rented in a few weeks prior to our arrival. All in all a good experience would rent again.

Only complaint was a dead roach in hall closet when we arrived, other than that everything was perfect! Great accommodations and view. Wasn't thrilled with the parking garage being a street over from the condo because of foot issues but that's not the owner's fault. Definitely would come back here.

Beautiful View- Excellent Location!!

Our stay was wonderful! The view of the ocean from 3 rooms is amazing! Julie was very easy to communicate with and an issue that came up was quickly resolved. You can’t beat the location. Right on the beach and Short walk to just about anything! We would definitely recommend it and would plan to stay here on our next trip to Myrtle Beach. The only recommendation I have- if you plan to cook eggs- bring your own skillet!

The overall property is great as was the view from the wraparound balcony. I think the cleaners do as good a job as they can with this really worn out condo. All of the furniture is needs to be thrown away. The carpet is worn out and needs to join the furniture in a dumpster. The beds and bedding and linens were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was ok at best. Three forks, no spoons and two knives provided. Bought plastic ware at Dollar Tree to use. No kitchen towels, wash cloth or hot mats. Had to call to get and had two different people tell me to look around better for them before providing. TV channels were plentiful, pools were large and heated. Parking garage was all valet until you got to third floor which was bad because the spots were mostly empty. Overall it was about what I was expecting from a big old oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach.

It was a very nice place to stay. Clean, great views, easy to get to and from the beach. Off season so little to no crowds to deal with. Location was ideal, just far enough away from the board walk, we could drive or walk.

Overall great stay

Communication from the start was clear and informative. Property was as described, although a bit more dated and worn out but still comfortable and accommodating for us. For a family that does more cooking than eating out, the kitchen was nice but utensils a bit old. Living area furniture was not very comfortable and had cigarette burns in them even though it’s a non smoking property. Beds were comfortable and views to the beach were fantastic from all rooms. A bit noisy from the street and alley next to the building but not enough to disturb our sleep. Convenient location to the elevator. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.
