The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home, designed to make meal preparation a breeze. The open living area features a convenient pass-through from the kitchen to the dining room, creating an ideal space for entertaining guests. This unit features a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the cozy guest room, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests.

Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating on the screened-in porch, which offers breathtaking views of Lake Arrowhead. It's the perfect spot for a casual meal or simply to relax and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. Plus, a stunning ½-mile stretch of white sandy beach is just a short walk away.

Our signature “Vacation Better with Prista” experience is supported by our dedicated Property Care Team to ensure that your stay is second to none. The following 'starter' supplies are included and will be available upon your arrival including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Please note that depending upon usage and your length of stay, supplies may need to be replenished. 'Starter' supplies included are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please plan accordingly.

Please Note: The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Large gatherings/parties are prohibited. Smoking is NOT permitted inside the unit or out on the porch. No pets are allowed on the property, regardless of type, size or breed.

Per Kingston Plantation Resort HOA Policy:
Private vacation rental guests do not have access to the fitness center, resort shuttle transportation, Embassy Suites pool complex, or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Plantation Resort. However, all guests may use either the oceanfront pool, located between the North and South Hampton Towers or the pool adjacent to Laurel Court, just across the footbridge from Sandy Toes.

Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only, located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
