Staff was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk. I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants. Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient! Over all, good place to lodge for the ski :)

Paid for non-smoking room and it smelled really bad of smoke. We had to open the window and spray some air cleaner just to be tolerable. Was also asked for passport even though we had Japan Residence Card.

It is not special but you can feel comfort.

The hotel placed slightly off from railway, so if you would like to access by railway, you should consider to use taxi by your condition at the time such as weather, time, and helth. Twin room is enough space for two adults, but not large, it is usual size for Japanese but I cannot mention for foreigners. Breakfast they serve is not special but several kind of Japanese foods and bread can be selected.
