Nice location on the beach, it would have been better if the beach chairs and beverage service right in front of the hotel was better (not affiliated with the hotel). Breakfast was very chaotic, recommend to get there early.

The breakfast staff and the food was fantastic, our room did not overlook the beach but overlooked the swimming pool. All the staff at the Kosmoplaz Beach Hotel were fantastic, front desk, maids, the breakfast buffet staff. Everyone was the best, thanks for making our staff the best ever.

It was redicilous that the beach organisation is not related with the hotel and their service quality wa terrible. The hotel rules such as every 2 day beach towel service or cash water purchase was weird for me. The breakfast was great but breakfast are without fresh air was not good for me. Although the windows were retractable they only opened 1 window which created fights among the customers.

Especially I would like to notice front desk receptionist Guzel, who was very helpful and assisted my mom with navigation and all accomodations.Thank you for making my mom's birthday unforgettable experience! We'll definitely be back next time together and I would recommend this hotel for your vacation

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
Staff were rude and unhelpful - try to scam you into buy 100 euro sunbeds and expensive taxi transfers when the sunbeds are 25 and taxis are 25 euros if official. They only give beach towels every few days. Staff at breakfast were miserable. The breakfast was really poor - bad quality food and not great choice, barely any fruit, literally just eggs upon eggs. The room was decent and had great A/C. Did not really use the pool areas but they were nothing special and the beach is amazing. Location was great, right on the beach. The beach is the best beach in Mykonos in my opinion and I went to 6 or so including super paradise beach (which was good not great).
