Villa Wave 17 is our signature portfolio villa. It represents Mykonos’s glamorous style! It is set on an impressive 4500sqm estate and sits above Kalo Livadi bay, at walking distance from the beach, with uninterrupted breathtaking views of the Aegean.

Villa Wave 17, is newly renovated and boasts a 2000sqm terrace out of which 700sqm are shaded under a pergola. It has an infinity pool of 100sqm, an outdoor jacuzzi of 20sqm and a lavishing pool bar. Moreover is has a 12 meter long outdoor dining table, that can host 42 guests, the adjacent outdoor kitchen and built in bbq. In addition, the villa has a newly renovated 100sqm indoor spa, packed with features. There is also a fully equipped 80sqm long gym for a full workout.

The villa can effortlessly host over 34 guests within its 17 huge en suite double bedrooms. It has the main house, which is surrounded by seven independent spacious, luxurious guesthouses, facing the breathtaking sea view, ensuring the group’s privacy and autonomy.
