Spread over three levels, Villa Ioli is a whitewashed Cycladic villa at Leno Villas Mykonos, in a quiet, wind-protected corner of the island's south coast, looking out to the sea and the sunset. Platis Gialos and Paraga beaches are a short walk away.

With around 340 m², the villa welcomes up to 15 guests in 8 bedrooms: seven for two guests, with double or twin beds, and a single room. There are 6 bathrooms plus an outdoor bathroom, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Outside
Life here is mostly outdoors: three large terraces with pergolas, a private pool with underwater seating and sun loungers, a second shaded pergola by the water, a built-in barbecue and Cycladic sofas, all set in a garden of local stone and Mediterranean planting.

Inside
The ground floor brings together a bright living room, a large dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen. The bedrooms are calm and simple, in natural tones and soft light.

Service

Perfect property

This property was ideal for our trip. We had 9 people, everyone had their own room and bathroom, and the common areas were all utilized. A cleaning crew comes through every day which is great for longer stays. Our host, Elena, was extremely helpful and very responsive. She connected us with drivers that took us anywhere we needed to go on the island, as well as a private chef that was our best meal of the trip, and massages by the pool. I would strongly recommend staying at this property, especially if you have a larger group.

If you wanted to stay in a Villa, here it is.

We were 12 traveler's all 18+, this Villa was even better in person. There are 7 bedrooms plus 2 mini twin rooms that we didnt know about. Property manager and people she connected us with were amazing. We hired a chef 1 night, massuer one day and tours. Villa is simply stunning and large, the proprty is large. Things to note: you aren't close to Mykonos Town, 25 min drive. Nearest grocery store, across from airport, will be necessary. We cooked ourselves one night. Other thing to note, transportation cost us €40 min one way to most places, that added up.

Party for 14!

The week stay was intended for a birthday party celebration and it was just that! Reserving the house from half way across the world left me with some anxiety, especially since I had 13 guests relying on my planning. Nothing to worry about though! Catherine kept in direct communications, answered all my questions, scheduled transport around the island, offered to accommodate all my needs as I wished...and that was before we even arrived! Once we arrived on the island, she met us at the house to turnover the key. She, along with her staff, provided us clean towels, bed linens, toiletries regularly and upon our request. The house and grounds were kept clean during our stay. Highly recommend using this team as I would use them again in the future! Great experience.
