Villa Persephone is a stunning property to rent located in Mykonos.

Outside we find a beautiful infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers where you can relax caressed by the sun. In addition, at guests' disposal, an outdoor barbecue and a dining area equipped with table and chairs and comfortable sofas.

Entering from the entrance that opens onto the swimming pool, we find a beautiful dining room, living room and an equipped kitchen.

On the same level, two spacious bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

On the lower floor, which is accessed by an independent entrance, a third bedroom with bathroom and a kitchenette with living room and dining area.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage refundable deposit of 1.500 euro, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.

Services at extra cost:
Pool preheating and Heating costs: Pool preheating and heating maintenance, are subject to charges.
Helipad use costs: The use of Helipad for landing or parking is subject to charges.
