Villa Filìa is part of an exclusive complex of buildings located in the trendy area of Panormos Bay, in the north side of the island. The whole complex consists of 11 villas and it spreads over 55.000 meters in total and anyway each one of the villas has got its own privacy. This complex is at only 500 m. away from the white sanded beach of Panormos as well as from the secluded beach of Agios Sostis. You can enjoy from there of wonderful views of the bay, the beach and of the hillside too and despite the privacy, which is assured, you will have the opportunity to relax as well as to fully live the lively nightlife thanks to which Mykonos has become famous worldwide.

All the villas located in this complex are a mix of minimal and traditional Cycladic architecture. There are villas of different size, some have 2 bedrooms, some other 3 and there is also one villa with 5 bedrooms. They all offer spectacular views of the bay and are rich of outdoor living space, beautiful pools and parking for the guests. Their generous size render them ideal for families, friends and groups who will enjoy the benefits of a private villa with several bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, modern, fully equipped kitchens, all that inside a luxury property. Indoor and outdoor living spaces have been built using materials of the highest quality and are decorated with contemporary, cozy and elegant furniture and selected traditional artwork. In short you will have the opportunity to spend your holiday in perfect relax, enjoying all comforts and attentions, by the way in all these properties you will find in the morning a breakfast hamper (which is included in the price).

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
illa Filìa, as mentioned above, is one of these villas, it is 130 sq.m. large and has got 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool.

Outside the villa features, the pool area with amazing views, a circular eating and lounging area, an outdoor shower and a traditional island BBQ.
Inside you will find the bedrooms, on the ground level, while on the upper level there are the living room (with a fireplace), the dining room and the kitchen that leads to a large covered outdoor terrace, where it’s possible to dine enjoying fantastic views.
As to the bedrooms, as described above, they are located on the ground floor and they are divided as follows:
One master bedroom, with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower). Two more bedrooms, both with twin beds (that can be joined) and en-suite bathrooms (with shower). Of course air-conditioning is available in all the inner spaces.

Rental Rules:
Check in time is from 15:00 hrs and check out time is by 11:00 hrs.
Rates include maid service, with towels and linen changed every other day, 24 hrs concierge service and all applicable taxes.

Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax, which is 15€ per suite/villa per night and is payable directly at the property’s reception
An extra bed can be added at a daily charge of 50€ per person (over 12 years old) € 25 under 12 Years.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A Damage Deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival for all villas. The deposit is fully refundable on departure.
