The planning is such that, up to 10 persons can be comfortably accommodated as bedrooms are located in the upper and lower floors of the house. The upper level has one master bedroom with a large open terrace enjoying splendid mountain and sea views. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in the lower level. The kitchen and living room lead to a large veranda with a dining table under a wooden pergola, built-in BBQ and a private swimming pool, the perfect setting for residents to relax, dine or entertain guests.
In accordance with the new government regulations,the enviromental fee for the property is as follow:
01/04-30/10:15.00 euros per night
01/11-31/03: 4.00 euros per night
