room was very tiny can barely fit the luggage inside or unpack. It was really hard to get ready and move around. Toilet water was recycled and flushes back up splashing our buttocks, it’s unsanitary. Shower was flooding outside the entire bathroom every time we use it so the floor is constantly wet. We also had to pay additional charges in Euros per night that was never disclose on our Hotels.com receipt. This place is not a hotel, it’s an Airbnb, no staff onsite. It took an hour to find the location because the building has no name. Overall experience was horrible. Hotels.com staff - I gave you my personal experience with Aníko, if you don’t want to post my review, don’t ask about my experience. I removed the additional charges Aniko staff collected, so what are you asking me to fix??? I’m following the guidelines you sent me, NO written profanity here, just facts.

Aniko Suites was a lovely stay. The communication was perfect with the host. The suite was very clean, spacious, and up to date. The beach, dining options, and places to shop are all walkable from this location. I would definitely stay at the Aniko Suites again.

Great location

White Alley Suites was the perfect location to base ourselves to explore Mykonos. It was very comfortable and clean and in a quiet street but still accessible to everything.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Fantastic location close to everything from shopping, dining, attractions, harbor etc yet located in a small and cute alley that’s very quiet and just steps from all you need. The communication with the host/hotel staff was flawless. Very friendly and helpful with easy instructions. Property itself was clean and gorgeous. The rooftop that comes with one of the units is amazing. We had both units which is the entire building. Definitely recommend and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

One night was more than enough

We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, so we can’t comment on the others. The cleanliness was good, both in the rooms and the linens, which were very clean. However, the photos don’t reflect the actual space: the entrance has only one small window overlooking a rather dim alley (not as shown in the pictures), and the rest of the apartment feels extremely claustrophobic. It’s almost like being in a cave—no natural light, no windows or openings, and a very humid atmosphere, even though there was no unpleasant smell. Luckily, we only stayed for one night, as I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays. On top of that, although we had booked for three people, only two sets of linens were provided on arrival. When we asked for support, we were told to collect them directly from the laundry. We did, but it was not a pleasant experience.
