Adjoining the Pen-Mur park (protected site), it will allow you to make great excursions both on the sea and the land side as well as hiking from home and from Muzillac, fishing in the pond of Pen-Mur and the St Eloi river below.

This cottage includes: on the ground floor, an independent entrance and WC. Upstairs, a corridor leading to a bathroom with WC, a fitted kitchen, fully equipped, open onto a large living room overlooking the garden with panoramic views, 2 large bedrooms (one with 1 double bed with panoramic views) also) and the other (with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90 overlooking the garden).

You can enjoy:
- an enclosed garden (electric gate with remote control given on arrival)
- private parking in the garden: possibility of parking 2 cars
- an 8m x 4m swimming pool, covered, heated from May to September. To share with us.
- its terrace with deckchairs and parasols to relax

- 10 minutes from the beaches of Billiers and Damgan: practice of all water sports.

- the Branféré animal and botanical park
- the small oyster port of Pénerf (oyster tasting on site)

- Supply of basic and maintenance products
- Supply of sheets, bathroom linen (2 towels / person) and house linen (tablecloth, towels, tea towels) are provided.

Internal rules:
- No smoking (ashtray available in the garden)
- Minimum age required for the main occupant: 18 years
- 5 occupants maximum
- Our animal friends are not accepted
- Entry into the premises is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Departure before 10:00 a.m.
- Parties and evenings not allowed
- Optional cleaning fee: € 50 to be paid on site. Otherwise, cleaning is to be done by vacationers.
- A deposit of 300 € will be requested on your arrival and returned within 7 days.

Being on site, we will be there to welcome you. We are discreet but remain at your disposal for any information that can help and guide you during your stay: the good restaurants that we appreciate, the beaches that we frequent, the places to visit.
