Each upstairs bedroom has a desk. There is a bathroom with a shower upstairs. Two toilets. A 20m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is available. Lovely 500m² garden, unfenced at the back, offering an unobstructed view of the green space with no overlooking neighbors. South-facing living room. Functional fitted kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, complete set of dishes. Parking for two vehicles in front of the house and easy street parking if more is needed. Television and Wi-Fi. Iron and ironing board. Possibility to rent 4 bicycles (3 adult-sized bikes; one teen-sized bike) for an additional €80 per week. A €200 deposit is required for bicycle rental. Household linen: dish towels and cloths are provided. Bed sheets are provided. One bath towel per person is provided. The house is not equipped for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax is added to the rental price and will be paid by the host.
