When I booked the room, we had requested to have a pullout couch so that our children could sleep on that and when we got in there, there was no pullout couch and we had paid for that we have used you guys multiple times and usually don't have any issues but was a little disappointed this time as we just made it work because it was late

Roaches.

Check in receptionist was nice but everything after was a disaster. Walked in the room and roaches were in the bathroom. Rooms look outdated and heavily used. Repairs are horrible and make the room look even more trashy. Decided to stay at my house thats under renovation with no electricity and no water instead. Would not return to this Holiday Inn.
