It was a fine property. Nothing exceptionally nice .. but wasnt horrible either. Needed some upkeep. ‘Fitness center’ had only 1 working machine and no weights. So ‘fitness center’ term was a stretch. Bathroom had a sour smell, didnt appear ‘dirty’ just like they cleaned it with dirty water.
