It includes all the necessities needed, such as bedding, linens, and housewares. It also includes a small sofa bed for added guests (apartment sleeps 2-4 total, please inquire regarding additional occupancy fees). It is centrally located and within a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Muskegon's Famous Farmers Market.

Additional features: high efficiency ductless heating and air conditioning, gas stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-Cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Free Gigabit Internet is included with Roku Streaming TVs in the bedroom and living room.

There is a parking spot included with this unit; otherwise, there is street parking.
