Friendly staff and easy to deal with. Nice and clean room. Management should add at least one more wall plugin socket to charge cellphone. I had to disconnect the table lamp to use that plugin socket. Overall good budget hotel.

It was uncomfortable stay. The kitchen smell was everywhere in the hotel at lunchtime. Rooms' furniture was old and unattractive. I caught allergic because of unseterelized linens.

The hotel reception was not in good manners to talk.. , after that from the Room - intercom to reception was not woking... The refrigerator in room was not properly working....overall not good experience.. sorry

Hotel jest stary i to widać. W łazience po prysznicu cała posadzka była zalana wodą, która nie chciała spłynąć do brodzika. Trzeba było chodzić po wodzie i mocno uważać żeby się nie poślizgnąć.

Don't choose stay this Hotel

We stay this hotel for 1 night before leave from Muscat. The location of this hotal not convenient for tourist especially If you are women travel alone. It far from main shopping centre (Oman Avenue mall). but at ground floor have 1 Indian restaurant but We didn't try it. and the area of Savoy have 1 fastfood & 1 Supermarket. The bad thing about this hotel is the reception try cheat our room fee. He will charge us at 24 OMR but actually It just 23.700 OMR. The room is narrow compare with other hotel in Al Ghubrah area (But same price). No Drinking Water complimentary ,No Kettle inside the room. If I come to Muscat again I will not choose this hotel.

الخدمة غير جيدة حيث قمت بحجز لشخصين بالغين وثلاثة اطفال وعند وصولي تم اعطائي غرفه بسرير كبير وصاله بكنبات وبعد التخاطب معهم بخصوص الاطفال احضرو سريرين صغيرين على الارض حالتهم سيئة وتم تغطيتهم بشرشف. يقع بمنطقة تبعد عن المطاعم ومحلات بيع المواد الغذائيه

周りになにもありません。

到着したのが夜中なので、仕方ないが、見事に周りに何もありません。 翌朝、大通りまでいきましたが、15分かかります。 三泊予約していたけど一泊でキャンセルしました。 マスカットに訪問するなら、ルイ地区が、絶対にオススメです。 でも、近くに、カブスモスクと、モールオブマスカットがあります。 近くといってもタクシー利用です。 乗合タクシーを選んで下さい。
