⭐ 1/5 – Terrible Experience, Avoid Booking Through Third Parties I booked this property through an online travel agency and arrived to find my reservation was not properly handled. I was left stranded late at night with no support and had to search for alternative accommodation entirely on my own. The stress and inconvenience of being turned away after a long journey was extremely upsetting. No assistance was offered to help me find a solution, and I had to sort everything myself in an unfamiliar city at night. I would strongly advise fellow travelers to confirm reservations directly with the hotel before arrival, especially if booking through a third-party platform. A very disappointing and distressing experience that I would not wish on any traveler.
