Very pleasant stay

Located in a very safe area where you can walk to restaurants, hotels and beach. Underground parking is very useful for avoiding the heat. If you want to visit hypermarkets for groceries they are only about 10mins drive. Very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our luggage before check in time.

The host was exceptional throughout our stay. Communication was excellent, responses were very prompt, and he was always supportive and willing to help.The main area needing improvement is the check-in process. We arrived at around 5am with several pieces of luggage and it took almost an hour to find the apartment. There was no clear information about the six lifts, which entrance to use, or how to access the correct basement/lifts. We had to walk around 20 minutes from one end of the building to the other with our luggage, with no trolleys or assistance available. Clear, step-by-step arrival instructions would make a huge difference.The parking barriers worked on the first day but stopped working afterwards, meaning we had to park outside in extreme heat.There were also maintenance issues. The shower head in the second bathroom came off and was never repaired despite the host contacting management. Water pressure in the first bathroom was also extremely low.The location is excellent, particularly being close to the beach. Delivery drivers can struggle to find the building unless given the names of shops within the boutique mall.Overall, the host was fantastic and very responsive. Most issues were with building access, parking and management rather than the host. Better check-in instructions and quicker maintenance would greatly improve the experience.

Spacious apartment in wonderful location

Very spacious apartment with a well-furnished living room. Internet and Netflix are stable and reliable. Beds are very comfortable, especially if you like a firm mattress. The apartment is located near the main highway, but with the windows closed the noise is negligible. From other reviews, we knew the kitchen needs upgrading, but most things are provided, and Nabil is very responsive if you need anything. The bathrooms also need some maintenance, but the shower is great and there is plenty of warm water. The location is excellent, with a shopping mall and restaurants underneath. The beach is within walking distance, as is the Opera. For a two-week stay, Nabil's apartment was perfect for our needs. Thank you for your hospitality!
