The location seems isolated but is actually pretty convenient. It is easy to get a cab through the hotel desk staff. Caution: the room doors do not shut automatically; you have to push/pull them closed. I slept an entire night with my door not fully closed. Additionally, the half-hour walk to the Mall of Oman is deceptive, with sections involving no sidewalk along the major highway.

Overall very good and good value, a couple of caveats.. the location isn’t good for walking or finding a market or pharmacy. Also some amenities were missing. No robes or slippers, small number of towels and no extra toilet tissue, (we ran out in one bathroom). Also room service is cash only, really???? Oh and the pool bar doesn’t exist and they ran out of pool towels and didn’t restock. This is a dry hotel bring your own alcohol

New building but not comfortable due to unprofessional staff members. I had to change rest holiday plan and left the country. Not recommended for those expect well-teained hotel staff services.
