This premier property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and two refrigerators, as well as TVs throughout. The outdoor living space includes an oceanfront screened porch adjacent to the living room, a private swimming pool with heating capabilities (fees apply), a furnished sundeck with built-in seating benches along the three deep-end sides of the pool, a free-standing hot tub, and an outdoor elevator to access the 1st floor. Additionally, there is ample parking for up to four vehicles. This exclusive gated community does not allow motorcycles or golf carts.
