Other features include an elevator (accessible to all floors) and handicap accessible bedroom with wider door entrances and bathroom with handrails. Seven flat screen TVs (cable), two DVD players, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king, three queen, and one twin-sized bed, plus two twin-over-twin bunk sets. A large inlet front covered porch overlooks a private 14-by-37-foot swimming pool with tanning ledge. Private stationary and floating docks with running water, enclosed outdoor shower, gazebo, and professionally landscaped yard complete the outdoor space. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
