Miller Villa is a six-bedroom, three-bath classic channel front house located 1.9 miles south of the Garden City Pier. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning (upstairs), window units (ground level), beverage refrigerator, working gas fireplace, and ceiling fans. Six TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and four queen-sized beds, plus one twin-over-twin bunk bed and two daybeds. Two bedrooms are located ground level, private from the rest of the house, and share a Jack and Jill bath. Outdoor amenities include a sundeck, covered porch, floating and stationary docks, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, extra refrigerator, swing, charcoal grill, bar area, picnic table, and ample parking. No interior stairway. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.

It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.
