Immaculate, flawless two bedroom condo

Wake up to the sound and smell of the ocean at this flawlessly decorated, oceanfront condo. Located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach, this two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high-rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation .

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.

Family Vacation

The property was clean. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. The parking deck is very tight. I recommend parking on the top level. We arrived after the property management company closed. Their instructions for accessing the keys were easy to follow. We had no issues getting into the condo.

I have stayed in a lot of vrbo and airbb and they always supply things. We had no paper towels, dish liquid, extra dish tabs, salt/pepper, trash bags, bath mat, playing cards ect those things would have been nice to have since we had to buy those things and leave it there.

Great place

The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the utensils, cookware, etc. The property was perfect for us. Our two grandsons 12 & 13 loved the outdoor and indoor pools. The beach is right out from the outside pool so they could do the beach and then go to the pool. We had a perfect view of the our from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

strong odor

As soon as we opened the door there was a strong odor [urine?] The floors were sticky. We opened both doors and aired it out for a half hour, mopped the floors and bought 2 cans of FreBreze. After that everything was nice. The wives thought the porch rockers were the best.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You could tell the condo was recently updated and the decor created the perfect environment for our family trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Plenty of elevators so we never had long waits being on the 9th floor. Beach front with indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. What more could you ask for?
