This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

The place was neat and clean . It was conveniently right on the beach and we had a great view of it from our balcony . We did have to ask for sheets for the pull out bed because they forgot to leave them but we had no problem getting them from housekeeping .We also liked that there was an indoor pool due to a couple of days of rainy weather and we swam inside . We would definitely stay again .

the facility was nice and clean. Only draw back was there were no ceiling fan's in condo, which are really needed to circulate the air. Air conditioning worked but needed some more circulation. We had to go buy a stand up fan to help keep room cool. Overall it's a very nice place.

4th July stay

Second bedroom was very small, so was the second bath. Check in was after 4 - office closed at 4:30. We got there after 4:30 (4:45). Office needs to be open much later - if not 24/7. Loved the fireworks on the 4th. Had problems with the tv in living room. I would stay there again.

This place is in disrepair and very dirty

I would not recommend this unit at all. It is in major disrepair, was dirty, and the kitchen does not have everything you need. The paint is peeling off the doors and trim. The ceiling tiles in the master bathroom are very old and have an abundance of rust. The furnishings are very old. The decor is very outdated and needs to be updated. There was sand all over the kitchen table. The chairs on the balcony are very cheap, uncomfortable and flimsy. I could go on and on. This unit is not as represented.
