First time visitor to Murrells Inlet and have to say we really enjoyed the location. Nice beach and very easy access to grocery, restaurants, etc...
We filled the house to capacity and while a bit crowded, it was worth it to be right on the beach. The house definitely is showing some age including some mold in the 3rd floor bathroom which should be addressed but overall it was fine. The main TV in the living room didn't work but thankfully we had an HDMI cable to connect to a laptop the one time we wanted to use it when an important game was coming on. Some other minor issues include the knob on the beach side spigot has rusted off (very sharp and dangerous for little kids) and while the rental agency says their houses don't come with a grill, this house a charcoal grill permanently installed.
I don't want to dwell on negatives because if we return to the area we would certainly look at this house again. However, if we stayed here again we would probably keep the guest count to 10-12 instead of 14.
