The Beach House at Garden City is a 57 unit complex, located right on the Atlantic ocean.
This is a two-bedroom, two-bath side ocean-view located 0.4 miles north of Garden City Pier. This newly renovated unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, living room with private balcony, central heat and air conditioning. Two color TVs, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds, plus a queen-sized sofa bed and spare cot. Common area includes a swimming pool, sun deck, beautifully landscaped grounds and on-site coin operated laundry. Limit one parking pass per unit. No smoking. No pets. Only 200’ from the beach!
