RESIDENCE AU PIED DU CHATEAU DE MUROL

In an atypical Residence, in the middle of a park, type 4 apartment, with a large terrace of 43m2, south-facing and without overlooking neighbors.



The property is composed as follows:



The entrance serves a toilet and the bathroom, then the living room with access to the terrace.



The kitchen is open to the living room.



The three rooms (each with a closet) overlook the terrace.



Ideal by its location at the foot of the Castle, it is located approximately 500m from the medieval Village center of Murol.



The key reception and return is done at our Saint-Nectaire office independently with our connected key box.



Options that must be requested during booking:

- Laundry kit including:



* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)



* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase (15€)



Towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you!



End-of-stay cleaning mandatory.



The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the agency.



A mandatory deposit of €600 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint).



Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (up to a limit of 2)
