This house has two floors and offers 175 m2 of living space with 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), both bedrooms are located on the upper floor, plus a modern bathroom with shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

On the ground floor there is a living room with TV, a dining area, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

From here you can access the beautiful patio with swimming pool (2x3 metres) and several seating areas, there are also sun loungers at your disposal.

Possibility of installing a safety fence on the pool to prevent access for small children.

Of course, there is also a barbecue for pleasant evenings.

You are allowed to bring a small dog of up to 8 kg, however, please note that there are occasionally two cats in the patio, which have a small feeding bowl in one corner.

Beautifully designed, renovated traditional house, a quite place with lots of privacy :) We really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area. A car is def. needed to explore but it is definitely worth the drive, we felt at home and would love to come back ✨

We had a great stay

We had a great stay in the holiday home. It is exactly as described in the listing, beautifully furnished and very spacious. The courtyard is beautiful with the small pool and sun terrace. We worked remotely for a few days which worked very well as the house has a top internet connection. The location is good - the self check-in was very convenient and you feel very private. However, Muro as a town is not recommended if you are looking for restaurantscafés. By car, however, you can quickly reach Alcudia and Platja de Muro.

Ein sehr schönes Stadthaus in Muro mit Stil und Flair bei einem tollen Raumklima und entspannenden Holzgeruch. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.Draußen auf den beiden Terassen und im schönen Pool kann man eine herrliche ruhige Zeit verbringen.Technisch ist alles vorhanden, um sehr komfortabel zu leben.Die Agentur ist sehr professionell und hilft super schnell bei auftretenden Problemen bei direkter Verbindung mit dem sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümerin, die dann persönlich zu uns gekommen ist, um einen neuen Sonnenschirm zu bringen.Wir haben uns hier sehr gut, sicher und zu Hause gefühlt.

Parfait!

Maison de ville spacieuse et agréable avec cour intérieure magnifique proposant une piscine, une terrasse couverte et une terrasse au soleil. Climatisation indispensable et appréciée.Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.Lit bébé et chaise haute fournis. Il manquait peut-être du gel douche.

Casa muy bonita en Muro

Nuestra estancia fue de 10: la casa es magnífica, muy bien amueblada y muy limpia. 2 habitaciones muy grandes. El patio: un pequeño paraíso. Muro es un pueblo muy tranquilo y agradable️ La playa (10min coche). Podemos aparcar el coche cerca de la casa. Supermercados y panaderías alrededor. Mallorca Charme: empresa muy eficaz. Gracias, queremos volver
