Haus der Mängel

Mängelliste: - Zargen und Innentüren in desolatem Zustand (Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen) - Keine Ablagefläche im Bad - Toilettenspülung hatte keine Stopfunktion - Keine Insektenschutzgitter vor den Fenster (man konnte wegen der Mücken nicht bei offenen Fenstern schlafen - Keine Kannen für Tee oder Kaffee - AlleTöpfe ohne passenden Deckel - Teflonpfannen waren extrem verkratzt - Espressokanne sehr verschimmelt - Geschirr, Besteck verschmutzt usw. - Der Pool war im guten Zustand

Erste Gäste nach der Winterpause

Wir waren die ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause und das hat man bemerkt. Die Appartements, der Garten und der Pool waren oberflächlich hergerichtet. Es fehlten Dinge wie Wäscheständer, Mülleimer, ein Besen oder Kehrblech und einige Kleinigkeiten. Diese wurden auf Anfrage vorbeigebracht. Nur die Pool Liegestühle konnten innerhalb der 14 Tage nicht bereit gestellt werdenWas doch ärgerlich war, zumal wir und die Mieter der anderen Appartements den Vermieter abwechselnd täglich erinnert haben.

Pro: -Terasse sehr schön und schattig -Meerblick -Parkplatz Contra: -Pool war teilweise nicht benutzbar -keine Liegen vorhanden -Ausstattung sehr schlecht, z.B. 1 großer Löffel für 3 Personen -kaputte Duschkabine, WC, Türen , Stühle,.. -Service war befriedigend aber man fühlt sich belächelt Für den Preis in der Vorsaison ok! Aber trotz niedrigen Preis wäre es schön wenn kaputte Teile ausgetauscht werden und Mängel wie fehlende Liegen behoben werden.
