Well-kept apartment in a newly renovated ground floor villa located a few steps from the Costa Rei beach. It consists of double bedroom, bedroom with single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, covered patio, small unfenced garden.
Among the various comforts are satellite TV LCD, washing machine, utility room with dishwasher, air conditioning, parking, outdoor shower and barbecue.
It is in a very quiet complex near the sea in the initial part of Costa Rei. The short distance from the beach and the main services makes it ideal for a holiday without the use of the car.
Costa Rei is a resort about 60 minutes drive from Cagliari that offers unspoiled nature, relaxation, beautiful beaches, family entertainment, shops and services of various kinds.

Modernisierung wäre notwendig

Möbel und Ausstattung waren sehr runtergewohnt (das Sofa war eklig), die Küche ok. Positiv ist die Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand.
