Toller Garten mit großem Pool

Der Garten ist ein Traum, der Pool ist super. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Das Haus ist sehr schön aber es muss dringend was gemacht werden. Die Küche ist total runtergekommen und muss dringend erneuert werden !!! Kühlschrank dreieckig, es fehlen Fächer. Da er nicht richtig schließt bildet sich viel Eis. Die Mikrowelle ebenfalls sehr dreckig. Auch die Klimaanlage ist alt, stinkt und ist undicht. Der Kompressor der Klima ist sehr laut, so dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann.

Aussen hui innen okay

Aussen super gepflegt, toller Pool! Innen wurde in div Bereichen länger nichts mehr gemacht. Das eine WC hat keine Spühlabdeckung mehr, man musste in den Spülkasten langen um die Spülung auszulösen. Sonst im Badezimmer alles alt starke Gebrauchsspuren etc. Küche Kühlschrank/ Herd/ Gespirrspühler i.o Küchenablage / Fugen etc nicht mehr ok. Betten i.o, eine Kimaanalge ist nicht dicht und eine andere ist sehr laut (defekt).

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein großzügiges gut gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einem großen Pool und einem sehr schönen Grundstück. Die vorhanden Dinge für eine normale Küchennutzung wie z.B. Geschirr, Kaffemaschiene etc. sind leider nur minimal oder gar nicht vorhanden. Die Küche müsste leider mit nutzbaren Dingen neu bestückt werden

Tolle Lage aber dreckig, Service lau.

5 Sterne für die Lage und den Pool. Erster Stern Abzug: Haus ist alt, Badezimmer nicht sauber, nicht aufgeräumt. Zweiter Stern Abzug: Küche ist runtergekommen. Schubladen voller Zeug wie nach mehreren Haushaltsauflösungen. Geschirr, Besteck: alles Einzelteile. Gasofen kaputt. Schubladen waren verdreckt. Dritter Setren Abzug: Service vor Ort von A&V Booking sehr sehr schlecht. Keine Informationen,reagieren so gut wie nicht auf Nachrichten. Ich hoffe Interchalet bezahlt denen nicht auch noch Geld.

comfortabel huis op een prachtige lokatie

een ruim opgezet huis met alles aanwezig wat nodig is. alles wordt netjes onderhouden en schoongemaakt. ligging is super! het enige wat jammer was, is de geluidsoverlast van het langs gelegen park. die heeft de entertaining erg hard staan met alleen Italiaans gepraat. stopt wel netjes om 24.00

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Trotz Ankunft in der Nacht hat das Einchecken sehr gut geklappt. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Freundlicher Service. Tägliche Poolpflege. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familienurlaub. Allerdings Supermarkt ca. 3 km entfernt.

Rai Sole

Wir waren grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Grundstück so wie der grosse Pool waren das Highlight unserer Ferien. Das Quartier ruhig gelegen und der Strand fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben die Agentur gebeten eine Nachreinigung vorzunehmen und dies wurde sofort umgesetzt. Alles in einem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
