Good property, but in need of some arrangements

Nice villa with a large garden and swimming pool. The house itself needs some improvements: the shower in one of the bathrooms was broken. The kitchen sink also had a problem and the water drained to the floor. The air conditioning didn't work as heating, and as we went in April, the nights were cold. Overall, the property has all the conditions to be an excellent option, with good areas, swimming pool, outdoor space and very close to an excellent beach, but it needs more care in its maintenance

Tolles Haus für Familien

Sehr schöne Anlage wie im Prospekt beschrieben .Pool und Garten wurden zweimal In der Woche gereinigt bzw. Gepflegt. Geschirrhandtücher haben gefehlt. Geschirr und Besteck könnte für mehr Personen ausgelegt sein. Mülltonnen Regelung war nicht gut beschrieben.An den Mülltonnen fehlte die Beschriftung wo was rein kommt . Vielleicht auch in Englischer Sprache.

Sehr guter Erholungswert. Strand nur 400 Meter entfernt, Langer breiter Sandstrand . Was gefehlt hat eine Stadt wo man Fussläufig und was Unternehmen konnte. Sonst alles Top.

Udany wypoczynek

Dom bardzo fajny, no może troszkę kuchnia za mała i za mało szklanych naczyń (kieliszki itp). Trochę szwankowała klimatyzacja w salonie. Basen czysty, sprzątany raz w tygodniu przez fachowca, ale też samooczyszczający się. Dom 6 osobowy, 4 leżaki? Brak mopa do umycia podłogi. Pralka i zmywarka super udogodnienie. Ogólnie 8 punktów na 10. To tylko drobne uwagi. Do morza blisko, krótki spacerek. Na posiłki trzeba dojechać, ale można gotować. Trochę wieczorem za głośno z hotelu opodal.

Außen hui, innen pfui

Das Haus war so wie beschrieben groß und mit traumhaftem Pool, direkt hinter dem endlos langen Strand. Aber wir haben innen und außen erst einmal 3 Std. putzen müssen und die Geschirrspülmaschine 3 mal voll gemacht ("Manche Töpfe und Pfannen waren so verschimmelt das nicht nutzbar") keine Weingläser, kein Wasser- kocher , TV hatte Anfangs nicht funktioniert, etc. Und zu allem kam eine unerträgliche Beschallung des direkt angrenzenden EOS-Club dazu ("täglich ab 18:00-24:00 extrem laute Musik")

schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

schönes Haus mit Pool und schöner Gartenanlage sowie kurzer Weg zum langen Sandstrandstrand. Mängel: 1. Anschrift der zuständigen Agentur vor Ort nicht korrekt. (laut Unterlagen Haus-Nr. 17, ist aber tatsächlich Nr. 204 ) und musste daher lange gesucht werden. 2. Toaster defekt 3. Sofa stark durchgesessen 4. Grillroste des Außengrills stark verschmutzt (mit Essensresten) 5. Zeitweise in den Abendstunden störender Lärm von der nahegelegene Clubanlage 6. Lange Wartezeit bei der Schlüsselübergabe
